public class FuzzyBasisFunctionLearnerRow
Extends the general BasisFunctionLearnerRow
object to act as
rectangular fuzzy prototype. Each feature value holds a fuzzy membership
function (trapezoid membership function so far) with a assigned anchor
retrieved from the input row which commit this rule.
