spring-webmbc.jar has been modified for a workround:

META-INF/spring-form.tld and META-INF/spring.tld refer to 
http://java.sun.com/dtd/web-jsptaglibrary_1_2.dtd. But this web site no longer exists. 
I've changed the reference to http://java.oracle.com/dtd/web-jsptaglibrary_1_2.dtd. This site
also not exists but the response is quick contrary to the old URL. On CI server it took 5 minutes
for figuring out that it couldn't be reached. It happens on start up of Jetty.
